Newton Pool

Located in Athletic Park, the new public pool was built in 2021, a partnership of the City of Newton, Newton Recreation Commission, and Newton Public Schools. The pool is owned by the City and operated by the Rec Commission.

The Newton Municipal Pool offers a full day of water-filled fun for all ages. From thrilling attractions to relaxing features, it’s the perfect summer destination for families, kids, and swimmers alike.

Enjoy the lazy river, multiple slides, and an interactive play structure that keeps younger swimmers engaged. The spray park, floatables, and zero-entry pool add even more ways to splash and play. Little ones can enjoy a safe swim in the baby pool area, while older kids and adults can test their skills on the climbing wall or take a leap from the diving board.

For fitness or training, the lap pool offers dedicated lanes for swimmers. When it’s time to refuel, stop by the on-site concessions for snacks and drinks.
