Community members are invited to participate in one of three open houses to review the options identified in the Newton Transportation Safety Action Plan.
The open houses are part of finalizing the plan designed to create a safer, more connected community for drivers, pedestrians, and bicyclists. The Safety Action Plan evaluates crash patterns, identifies high-risk corridors, and recommends safety improvements across the City and County road networks.
It will be used to plan future construction and pursue grant funding for improvements.
