Newton City offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 16, for Presidents Day, which will also alter the trash pickup schedule.
Trash normally picked up on Monday will be picked up on Tuesday, Feb. 17. Trash normally collected on Tuesday will be picked up on Wednesday, Feb. 18. Thursday and Friday routes will run as usual.
Please make sure to have trash bins at the curb before 7 a.m. on collection day.
